Proof Setup - Saving
Photoshop has a Proof Setup feature that alters the screen image to more closely match the output for a given printer and paper type. Since Photoshop also uses this information when it comes time to print, it is important to turn this feature on and set it to the appropriate paper type. You can save Proof Setup settings and these will then appear in the menu. In this case I have saved a proof setup setting named "Epson Enhanced Matte MK". You can use whatever name you want, but it helps to be somewhat systematic with naming, especially if you end up with a number of different proof setups for different printers and papers.
In this case my setup is for the Epson 2200 with Enhanced Matte paper and the optional matte black ink (I think that is what the MK is for. Photo black is PK). I have found that the matte black ink makes for a richer print on matte paper, though it does not alter the color hues.
